Hoang Dung Noodle (Phở) – 116 Ba Trieu, Hue, Vietnam. It is a nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner for those who love Pho.
They open from 6:00 – 12:30 for the morning and 16:30 to 21:00 for the afternoon. You can try chicken or beef noodle, they are all good. And do not forget to add some chili, onion, carrots, garlic, lemon… You will see the amazing taste.

This noodle shop “Pho Hoang Dung” is simply the best and its a local favorite of people in Hue. First off the noodles, fresh made and not too thin or overcooked. Second the beef, Fresh select cuts of tenderloin. Third the broth, well made beef stock broth with a hint of ginger. And lastly great sate (hot sauce) lightly cooked bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, onions, carrots and other condiments if you like.
